Boston Micromachines’ Deformable Mirror Technology Subject of 28 Presentations at SPIE Astronomical Telescopes and Instrumentation Conference
Cambridge, Mass., June 28, 2012 – Boston Micromachines Corporation (BMC), a leading provider of MEMS-based deformable mirror (DM) products for adaptive optics systems, announced today that Boston Micromachines’ technology will be highlighted in at least 28 presentations and posters at the SPIE Astronomical Telescopes and Instrumentation conference held July 1-6, 2012 at the Amsterdam RAI Convention Center in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
The 28 presentations and posters reflect projects that are utilizing Boston Micromachines deformable mirrors in research such as high contrast imaging, space-based imaging and extreme AO.
