Deformable mirror
A MEMS-based deformable mirror for adaptive optics is designed for ultra-high-resolution retinal imaging for early detection of ocular diseases. It uses 140 independently controlled actuators. Its 3 kHz frequency allows high-speed, real-time imaging with a 6 mm aperture. Its 6 µm stroke provides 12 µm wavefront correction. |
