Bifano to Discuss Recent Advances in High Resolution MEMS Fabrication and Integration

Cambridge, Mass., September 8, 2010 – Boston Micromachines Corporation, a leading provider of MEMS-based deformable mirror (DM) products for adaptive optics systems, announced today that it will be presenting a talk on “Recent Advances in High Resolution MEMS Fabrication and Integration” at the Advanced Maui Optical and Space Surveillance Technologies Conference (AMOS) at the Wailea Beach Marriott Resort & Spa, in Wailea, Hawaii on Thursday, September 16 at 3:00PM. Dr. Thomas Bifano, Chief Technology Officer & Founder of Boston Micromachines will present.
