1024 actuators, 9.6 mm aperture, 1.5 µm stroke. The Kilo-DM is an enabling component for high spatial resolution wavefront control. Offering a clear aperture of 9.6 mm with 1.5 micron deflection, this device is ideal for fields such as astronomy and laser communication. Originally developed for a DARPA coherent laser communication project, the Kilo-DM is currently used in challenging applications throughout the country.
